Vendor Rules
Planning to be a vendor? We'd appreciate a quick call or text to (346) 556-5676 so we can better prepare for the event.
Walk-in vendors are welcome! However, vendor spaces and tables are first come, first served, so arriving later may mean tables are no longer available.
Arrive between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM for setup.
One table per vendor while supplies last.
Keep all items within your designated space.
Airsoft replicas must remain unloaded with magazines removed in the vendor and safe-zone areas.
Test firing is only allowed in the designated shooting range.
Clean up your area before leaving.
Be respectful of other vendors and customers.
Customer Rules
Admission is FREE from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Please ask before handling another person's items.
Inspect items carefully before purchasing or trading.
Eye protection is required in the designated shooting range.
Test firing is only permitted in the designated shooting range.
Airsoft replicas must remain unloaded with magazines removed in the vendor and safe-zone areas.
All sales and trades are between buyers and sellers. CRZ Airsoft & Paintball is not responsible for the condition, pricing, functionality, or warranties of any items bought, sold, or traded.

Airsoft Open Play begins at 12:00 PM for anyone who would like to stay and play.

Do I need to reserve a vendor space?
No. Vendor spaces are first come, first served.
Are tables provided?
Yes. One table is provided per vendor while available.
What can I sell?
Airsoft guns, gear, optics, magazines, parts, tactical equipment, clothing, batteries, chargers, and other airsoft-related items.
What items are prohibited?
Real firearms, ammunition, illegal items, stolen property, or anything deemed unsafe by CRZ staff.
Can I test an airsoft gun before buying?
Yes. A designated shooting range will be available. Eye protection is required.
Can I buy or sell in the parking lot?
We ask that all buying, selling, and trading take place in the designated Black Market area.
Are all sales final?
All transactions are between buyers and sellers. CRZ Airsoft & Paintball is not responsible for the condition, pricing, or functionality of items sold or traded.
Can I stay for Open Play?
Absolutely! Airsoft Open Play begins at 12:00 PM with regular admission.
Is this event beginner friendly?
Yes! Everyone is welcome, whether you're buying, selling, trading, or just checking out the local airsoft community.
